    Description

    This is an original matched pair of 1938-39 West Virginia license plates in fair to good condition.  Both plates are solid, but one plate has several small finishing nail holes which I have just about be closed up.  There is light surface rust on both plates as seen in the picture and some minor bends in both plates that could be straightened.  This pair would make a good pair for restoration.  See picture. Buyer to pay shipping and handling, and VA sales tax if a VA resident.
