    Collins KWM-2 Transceiver and 32S-x Neutralization Upgrade Kit.
    This upgrade allows you to safely neutralize your radio with 6146B and 6146W tubes installed. This was a service bulletin but I do not know the number.
    You do need to drill a hole near the old neutralization trimmer.
    The third photo shows what the area looks like.
    The missing screw on the 6CL6 socket is for the extra ground terminal in the assembly.
    You get everything that is shown in the photos.
