Do you already own an SCT Ford Programmer? Did you delete or lock out your cam phasers and now you just need a tune? Then this auction is for you!
This auction includes one email tune that deletes the Variable Cam Timing strategy in your Ford 4.6L or 5.4L 3-Valve computer.
Note: Nothing in the pictures is included. This auction is for an emailed tune only. I own the intellectual property rights of this product.

Why would I do this?
The Ford 3V engine is notorious for having expensive cam phaser failures. The aftermarket cheap phasers don't work well, and the OEM phasers are expensive to replace. Plus, labor for tearing into these engines is not cheap. Many owners have decided that keeping the variable cam timing system intact is too expensive, and have opted to use a Cam Phaser Lockout Kit to eliminate all variable cam timing. When you do that, a tune is required.
What is included?
A custom tune that I email to you. That's it. This auction is for people who already own an SCT X2, X3, X4, Livewire, Livewire TS, or other SCT programmer already, and just need a custom tune written that deletes VCT.
If you need the VCT lockouts and the custom VCT delete tune, I sell that in a separate auction. If you want to buy this custom tune along with a new programmer, I sell that too. If you are interested in having other things included in the custom tune, I can offer that a la carte. Message me about that prior to buying.
What will you need?
I will need your 7 digit ECU strategy code and your SCT programmer's serial number
. Please put them in the message to seller box during checkout, or message them to me. Using the SCT programmer, go to the Vehicle Info tab, and scroll down until you see the ECU Strategy. Message me that 7 digit strategy code, along with the serial number off the back of your SCT programmer, and within one business day I will email you back a VCT delete tune. You can then use SCT's Auto Updater software (a free download from SCT's website) to load that custom tune onto your SCT Programmer. Then just plug in your programmer into your vehicle's OBD2 port, and load my custom tune.
How long does it take?
Usually no more than one business day, AFTER I receive your 7 digit strategy code. I try to do these as fast as possible for you, but it could take up to a day after you send me your strategy code.
