ICOM IC-703 HF/50MHz With UT-106 Dsp Unit HF Transceiver (Tech Special)

I have an Icom 703 up for sale. This is a really neat Qrp HF Rig. It does HF (160m-6m). This radio is a tech special. I purchased this radio and was told it worked great. I got home and went to test it and it had 0 output. So I took off the covers and the finals were not even in the radio lol. They were unsoldered off the board and no longer there. So imo it needs finals lol. I did purchase them but never had the time to put them in. So I am selling it as a tech special being that it needs the finals put in (which are included with this sale). Also the radio has the optional UT-106 Dsp Board (which sells for 0-150 alone). Also included is the Microphone, Power cord, Mobile bracket(with it's box), Manual, Some charging unit?, and 2 Mitsubishi RD07MVS1 Final Transistors. This also is the model that includes the built in antenna tuner. The radio powered up fine, the receive worked good etc.. Just the only problem I see is the no output because the finals were missing. So if you have the time and are good with soldering then this is a good project for you. Selling As-Is because it needs work, but it will be exactly as I described.
