    Description

    This Kenwood TS-570D G is a wonderful transceiver which I hate to lose, but I bought it for my grandson who won't be ready for HF operation for some time, so I need the funds for a UHF/VHF station.  It functions as it should and has no known issues.  I have used it in several QSOs on several bands.  You can see in the pictures that it transmits on 40m, 20m, 15m, and 10m with full power (RF power/SWR meter not included in this auction).  I have not tested it on other bands because I don't have antennas there, but returns are permitted and it is guaranteed to be fully operational.  The radio is very clean and gently used.
    This is a very easy to operate rig with all the controls you need right there on the front panel, but it is not just a beginner's radio.  It has several advanced features including standard built-in automatic antenna tuner, two antenna connectors with an antenna switch, a full suite of DSP functions including dual slope-tuning for bandwidth and upper and lower passband edge positions, a large and bright LCD display which presents lots of status information, and support for digital modulation modes.  This "G" model added features to the TS-570D to permit varying the NR1 DSP level, monitor modulation, and setting more DSP bandwidth selections in CW reception.
    This auction includes the original Kenwood hand mic, original owners manual with large format schematics, fused DC power cable, and new connectors for both accessory sockets and the power socket to build your own custom cables.
