Rare-Rare Up for sale is a 1953A Bill.The gold seal is not legible as well as most of the serial number.It has bleed through on seal as well as bill.The print on back is offset.I?m not a collector but it?s in uncirculated condition.It was left to my aunt and I?m helping her out
