Payment and Shipping Info
Payments are to be made in full within five days upon completion of the auction.
Sales tax is charged to customers located in Indiana and Florida. Tax is applied only to the items purchased and not to the shipping price.
Orders will be shipped by the end of the next business day after payment is received.
WE SELL AND SHIP TO PAYPAL CONFIRMED ADDRESSES ONLY
You agree that we may withhold shipment until a confirmed address has been provided.
We do not offer expedited shipping. If you need a part by a certain date, please contact us to prevent any frustration or misunderstandings.
We do not ship overseas. All shipments to Canada are shipped via UPS. The buyer assumes all responsibility for any duties, customs fees, and any other additionally incurred handling charges.
Warranty Info
Our warranty covers all parts against defects for 30 days from the date of invoice. All parts leave our warehouse in good condition. If a part is damaged when received, call or e-mail Adsit Company immediately so we can contact the shipping company. Damaged parts are warranted on an exchange basis only: no refunds or returns for credit.
All sales are final.
We are not responsible for any installation fees.
We are not responsible for any non-fitting parts if you did not contact us to ensure fitment prior to purchase.
Core Returns
Cores must be returned in the original manufactures box within 90 days of the original invoice date. This excludes engine and transmission cores. Core deposit returned after 90 days will be subject to a 25% deduction unless prior arrangements have been made. Core returns must be marked CORE on the outside of the package with a copy of the invoice inside the package. Core return shipping must be prepaid. No COD’s on core returns will be accepted. Core deposit refunds will be issued pending core inspection upon return. Non-rebuildable cores will not receive full core refund.
Agreement on Jurisdiction to Damages
Adsit Company Inc. and Customers agree that any suit, claim or legal proceedings of any nature between the parties must be filed and prosecuted in Delaware County Indiana and shall be controlled by the laws of the State of Indiana then in effect. Adsit Company Inc. warrants that all parts are in good condition and working order. Any parts that are defective will be replaced. That Adsit Company Inc. liability shall be limited to the original price of the goods and that Adsit Company shall not be responsible for exemplary, punitive or consequential damages or labor charges. In the event that the buyer fails to pay as agreed, the buyer agrees to pay all attorney fees, court cost, expenses and interest incurred by Adsit Company in the collection of all sums.
