Service to Bore out your Jeep Throttle Body 4.0L bored to 62mm 2.5L

If you have thought about upgrading your Jeep’s Performance, you have come to the right place!
This auction is for the
“service”
to modify your Jeep 4.0L or 2.5L throttle body to a full 62mm
This modification will increase power and performance for your Jeep.
This is the most cost effective performance upgrade you can do to increase the power available to your Jeep.
I have done over 1000 of these throttle body boring jobs and I have one of these on my own Jeep.
After I receive your throttle body, I will evaluate the need for media blasting and depending on the amount of corrosion, If needed I will blast to remove the excess debris or oxidation.
I then Machine out the bore to a full 62mm and replace the butterfly/throttle plate with one I have machined to match the bore diameter.
There is no reason to go any larger than 62mm like some other eBAY sellers do as the bore diameter in your stock intake is already at 62mm.
I will then re-assemble the throttle body and lubricate the bearings and return it to you ready to bolt on.
I will bore out the 2.5L throttle bodies but there are no guarantees on the casting cracking as I have had this happen on the smaller bore throttle bodies in the past.
I can also do this modification to the earlier “RENIX” throttle bodies but I can only take those out to 60mm and I get a little more to do those as there is more steps to complete the modification in that style throttle body.
