his is the Distinctive Unit Insignia of the 132nd Infantry Regiment; which was an infantry regiment of the U.S Army and part of the Illinois Army National Guard. It is not associated with the U.S. Coast Guard; though both share the same motto.
Metal with enamel pin measures about 1" across and 1 1/4" high. It is unmarked and has a pin back.
Great looking item in excellent condition and displays well.
