Vintage Faraday New York City Board Education Fire Gong Alarm Bell

This vintage cast iron and steel polarized vibrating gong by Faraday is in excellent condition. The fire alarm bell is engraved PROPERTY OF B’D OF EDUCATION NEW YORK CITY-. The cast iron box has raised lettering that says POLARIZED VIBRATING GONG and has a brass FARADY name plate. The back of the box has the Stanley & Patterson NY USA trade mark. The total height is 8 inches long by 4 3/4 inches wide. This is great piece of NYC memorabilia.
