Vintage WWII V for Victory Stacked Lucite Sweetheart Brooch Pin, Red White Blue

Description

Terrific vintage WWII V for Victory brooch has 3 stacked layers of Lucite – red, white and blue with the red translucent.
Raised “Sweetheart” in gold-filled metal on front.
Pin on back has circular twist ‘hinge’ and C clasp.
Measures 1 1/2” w x 1 5/8” h x 1/2” thk including pin.
Lucite layers 1/4” thick total.
Very good condition: light patina on metal and pin has mild ripple bend.
