    Description

    WV 1964 Centennial License Plate-Used.  This is the WV 1964 Centennial plate , marking the 100th year anniversary of West Virginia as a state, the only state admitted during the Civil War.  This plate was issued for two years,  1963 and 1964.  This is a steel plate.  Plate is in good condition with little paint loss or rust.   Please look at the photos to determine condition of the plate.  A plate commemorating a historical event from 1863.
