Please ensure your car's central console is trapezoidal central console with trim strip above before purchasing, or this unit can NOT fit with your car. (If it is a trapezoidal central console without trim strip above, please refer to

This unit does NOT support your vehicles' air conditioning information.
3.
Please be advised if your vehicle has COMAND APS NTG 1 system, you need to order an extra optical decoder box from XTRONS to retain your car's original COMAND system. (

Please check your vehicle's center console to see whether this unit is compatible with your car or not. (If there is a screen above the center console, NOT fit.)

Please check your vehicles' radio antenna port, you may need to order a cable to aid for the installation. (

Please note your CD changer will NOT work after installing this unit.

Shipping
We ship international orders by DHL directly from our Hong Kong Warehouse. It normally takes 3-5 working days to reach the recipient depending on the location.
We arrange the shipment within one working day after the payment is cleared by our side as long as buyer's PayPal account is verified or shipping address is confirmed by PayPal.
Postage and handling fee above does not include any remote area fee.
For addresses listed in remote area, there will be an extra US.00 remote area fee applied.
Attention:
Delivery time does not include weekends and public vacations.
If you need pre-arrival SMS from DHL for delivery, please make sure you provide the correct cell phone number.
Import Tax
We are NOT liable for ANY import tax, customs fee, or customs delay. If the parcel is return back to us due to the buyer's refusal to pay the above fee, we would NOT resend the parcel until the buyer complete those fees and pay ALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund based on the above reason.

Warranty and Return Policy
1. Standard 30 day return policy:
If you do not like / are not satisfied with an item within 30 days, starting on the day after the day on which you took delivery, you can return the item for a refund or an exchange providing it is in a perfect and resalable condition. You are liable for all return carriage costs in relation to returns / cancellations. The product must be returned in the condition it was received.
2. Manufacturer's warranty:
Beyond this 30 days period, you are covered under the manufacturer's warranty which is typically 1 year. please note the buyer is liable for all return carriage costs in relation to returns. If your product becomes faulty during this period, you should contact us via email to receive technical support in the first instance. We will then arrange for your item to be repaired or replaced or provide details of the manufacturers local service center.
If goods returned under this clause are found to be in full working order, an inspection fee of USD 20.00 along with the cost of carriage will be charged to you before the goods can be released.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A VALID RETURNS NUMBER.
Any items are returned at your own risk. We strongly advise you to take care when returning items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed & adequately packaged. Items that arrive back damaged or destroyed as a result of poor packaging will not be accepted. These items will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense.
